What to do if you have no Wi-Fi or poor mobile data access

The quality of video feed is dependent on your access to Wi-Fi.

If you have no connection consider connecting to your phone hotspot and use your 3G or 4G connection.

If you have poor reception you can turn your video off and continue communicating with voice only.
