Check Glass OS version

On your PC, navigate to the Glass Enterprise webpage and select Update Firmware.

The latest version of Glass firmware is displayed on the top row, as highlighted in yellow below.

Check if this version corresponds to the version on your Glass device by navigating from the Glass homescreen to the Settings menu.

In the Settings menu, swipe through to About device.

The first number in green font is the Glass OS version (e.g., OPM1.210124.001)

Check this version matches Google's latest version on the System Images page.

If your Glass device has the latest firmware loaded you can proceed to install Metix here. 

If the firmware does not match, the version on Glass can be updated here.
