Uninstalling Metix

To uninstall Metix via the Metix web interface

1. Open your profile on metix.app by clicking the button at the top right-hand corner and selecting 'Profile'. 

2. Scroll to the bottom of your profile page (to the Videoconferencing section) and click the 'Connect Zoom' button.

To uninstall Metix Via Zoom

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Metix app
3. Click the Metix app
4. Click Uninstall.
