If you are having issues receiving emails from Metix, please check your Junk and Spam folders.
In addition, try searching your mailbox for “Metix”.
If you are using a work provided mail account, or working from a corporate network, you may need to raise this with your IT department as the email may be stopped by Mail Filtering or Policies.
The email address may need to be “White listed” to allow you to receive the creation email.
