Zoom settings for Screen Sharing

In order to set up screen sharing through Metix, at least one meeting participant will need to be using the Zoom Desktop client or Mobile app.

By default, the Screen Sharing function in Zoom is set to Host Only.

This can be changed in your Zoom profile settings. 

1. Log into Zoom
2. Navigate Settings, then select In Meeting (Basic)

3. Scroll down to Screen Sharing options, and select All Participants.

This will allow all members joining your meetings to enable Screen Sharing.
